Gastronomy & Promotion: The Bar Container
A bar container built on a shipping container chassis is the ideal solution for events, pop-up concepts, outdoor catering, or music festivals. Combining a sturdy outer shell with a functional interior layout creates a secure, rapidly deployable serving or sales booth.
- Service hatch: Custom-fitted service hatches equipped with gas struts or manual operation ensure effortless handling and can be securely locked after business hours.
- Side tarpaulin: For maximum flexibility and an inviting atmosphere, a weather-resistant side tarpaulin (sliding or roll-up curtain) can be integrated. This protects customers from the elements while allowing large wall areas to be opened or closed quickly.
Indoor Climate & Insulation: Year-Round Usability
To use freight containers as offices, break rooms, or storage for heat- and moisture-sensitive goods, professional insulation is essential.
- Retrofitted mineral wool insulation: Retrofitting mineral wool insulation (stone wool or glass wool) reliably prevents condensation build-up and maintains a comfortable indoor climate. The insulation is seamlessly installed behind sturdy interior cladding (e.g., OSB boards, trapezoidal sheet metal, or sanitary wall panels).
- Split air conditioner: For consistent interior temperatures in both summer and winter, we install efficient split air conditioning units (outdoor unit + indoor unit). These allow precise cooling and heating with minimal energy consumption.
- Weather protection louver: For continuous passive ventilation or operating internal machinery, weather-resistant louvers ensure permanent air exchange without allowing rainwater to penetrate.
Access & Daylight: Doors, Windows & Shutters
Depending on the intended use, we cut the steel walls of the container with precision and reinforce the frame structurally.
- Personnel door (multi-purpose or fire-rated): For convenient access, we install custom-fit personnel doors. You can choose between robust multi-purpose (MZ) doors for everyday use or fire-rated (FH) doors to meet elevated safety and fire protection requirements.
- Windows: Classic PVC or aluminum tilt-and-turn windows bring natural daylight inside and allow quick ventilation. Integrated roller shutters are also available upon request.
- Fixed glazing: For modern showrooms, retail modules, or display units, we offer large-format fixed glazing made of safety glass (toughened/laminated) for a light-flooded aesthetic.
- Roller shutter door: For loading large equipment, pallets, or event gear, we integrate sturdy roller shutter doors (manual or electrically operated) to enable wide and effortless access.
Technical Systems & Electrical Installation
- Electrical installation: A professional basic electrical setup forms the foundation for any converted container. Our scope ranges from external CEE power inlets and distribution boxes with RCD/FI protection switches to flush- or surface-mounted sockets, switches, and glare-free LED interior lighting.
