Tire Storage Containers

Our tire containers are typically based on used or like-new sea containers with external lengths of 20 or 40 feet, occasionally extending to 45 feet.

However, steel swap bodies with lengths of 7.15 or 7.45 meters can also be used for tire storage. These containers usually come with roll-up doors instead of wing doors, which can make additional security measures for the roll-up doors more challenging.

Upon request, the intended storage sea containers can be modified, including:

1. Installation of a personnel door
2. Installation of electrical wiring
3. Addition of extra ventilation openings
4. Repainting in a custom color
5. Tire Racks

In addition, we provide tailor-made tire racks suitable for storing tires with or without rims. The screwless assembly system allows for quick and straightforward assembly and disassembly of the racks, ensuring stability through reinforcing crossbeams.

Security Lock

To safeguard the high value of the stored tires and rims, we recommend the installation of additional security measures. While the container doors come standard with locking bars that can be secured with padlocks, the lock shackles of these padlocks are relatively exposed.

For this purpose, our container security locks are ideal. These sturdy models, some of which are VdS-certified, provide enhanced protection against unauthorized access to the containers. Further information about these security locks can be found here.

Additional Accessories

Tire Cart

The tire cart allows for easy pickup, transport, and storage of an entire stack of tires. It is suitable for wheel diameters ranging from 540 to 820 mm and comes equipped with a wheel guard. The tire cart is available with either air-filled or solid rubber tires on a steel rim with a plastic cap. Maintenance-free precision groove ball bearings with dust protection seals ensure smooth and quiet rolling. The tire cart is also available in a galvanized version.

Tire Rack

The tire rack, constructed from welded steel tubing with galvanized connecting tubes (making it adjustable in width), is suitable for wheel diameters of 540 to 820 mm. The rack is powder-coated in RAL 5010 gentian blue, providing durable surface protection that is impact and scratch-resistant. The tire rack is also available in a galvanized version.

Optional features include additional tiers with spacers to raise the central tier, as well as a movable push and pull handle.
