LLC-S TYPE

The storage containers of the LLC-S series are characterized by their lightweight construction and quick assembly. When needed, these containers can be manually unloaded in individual parts or transported to hard-to-reach locations. The patented quick-release mechanisms allow tool-free assembly in a matter of minutes.

The lightweight storage containers of the quick assembly variant are made of specially folded and galvanized steel sheets (0.8 mm thick). The frame profiles are 2 to 3 mm thick. The roof is designed to withstand a snow load of up to 210 kg/m². The high-strength wooden floor, made of OSB panels, is 18 mm thick and can bear up to 500 kg/m² (load capacity).

Spacers beneath the floor serve to ventilate the container and also act as fork pockets for easy and secure transport with a forklift. Four crane eyes on the roof complete the container handling for lifting. The lightweight storage container LLC-S can be lifted with a crane with loads of up to 3,000 kg when the load is evenly distributed or can be moved using a forklift (recommended fork length of at least 1.60 meters).

The lightweight storage containers are delivered with a standard two-wing door. The left door wing functions as a fixed panel with an interior shoot bolt, while the right pedestrian door wing is equipped with a handle and a profile cylinder lock (with three keys).

The LLC-S container type is certified by TÜV Nord and is marked with the GS symbol.

Accessories:

Shelving System:The screwless assembly allows for a complete shelving system to be quickly and tool-free installed within the container. Shelf supports can be easily inserted into the side walls, and the shelf arms can then be hung in the supports (adjustable in a 100 mm grid). Galvanized steel sheet shelves are available in lengths of 1 m, 2 m, and 3 m. Each arm can hold up to 50 kg when the load is evenly distributed, and each support has a weight limit of 150 kg.

Additional Door:Additional doors can be installed in the opposite front wall of the container.

Theft Lock:An additional security measure includes a solid iron bar mounted over the upper door hinges. This system includes a matching disc lock with 2 keys and is available for both the standard double-wing doors and single-wing doors (slightly different installation).

Ramp:For easier access to the container, lightweight ramps made of non-slip aluminum duet plate can be used. Two sizes of ramps are available:

• Small Ramp (discontinued model - available while supplies last):
  Approximately 500 x 500 mm
• Large Ramp:
  Approximately 872 x 1,465 mm
  Load capacity of about 250 kg
• The small ramp has a handle and can be quickly attached and removed. The large ramp can be permanently mounted to the container when needed.

Hose and Cable Holder:The hose and cable holder consists of a hookable semi-shell form and can be used for storing garden hoses, electrical cables, ropes, etc.

Coat Hook Rail:The coat hook railconsists of a hookable galvanized metal rail with 5 movable hooks for clothing, headgear, etc.

Tool Holder Rail:The tool holder rail is also a hookable galvanized metal rail on the container frame with 5 movable brackets for shovels, spades, brooms, or other tools with a round handle. The brackets are covered with red non-slip rubber coating.

Electrical Package:The "Future Ball" electrical package includes an LED globe light, two electrical sockets, a switch, and a power cord:

• 3 magnets for easy and quick roof/wall mounting
• 1 on/off switch, protection class IP 44/54
• shock restistance class IK10
• robust rubber connecting cable with Schuko plug, 5 metres in length

• the electrical package can be mounted on the container wall or roof using the magnets. An additional foldable hook included in the lamp base allows for use outside the container

Coupling Kit:The coupling kit is used to connect two containers end-to-end on their short side (2.1 m side) to create longer container systems, for example, 7.2 meters. This can also be done later with existing containers.
