Used Sea Containers
Suitability
Used containers are suitable for a wide range of purposes, whether for transportation, storage, modification projects, or even as soundproofing in industrial operations. Used sea containers offer a cost-effective alternative to permanent structures or new containers.
Container Types
The most commonly used types in maritime transport are standard containers and refrigerated containers. Consequently, these container types are readily available as used units in significant quantities:
- 20-foot and 40-foot sea containers (often referred to as Dry Van, Dry Cargo, General Purpose).
- 40-foot High Cube sea containers.
- 20-foot refrigerated containers (also known as Reefer Containers).
- 20-foot High Cube refrigerated containers (also known as Reefer Containers).
