SUITABILITY
The CR 13 is a clamp lock for steel containers with hinged doors, refrigerated lorries and trailers. The lock engages two locking rods in the door. This makes it impossible to open the doors. The lock is flexible and engages with a distance of 25 cm up to 42 cm between the locking bars.
TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION
The security lock consists of a two-part housing (protective tube) made of extremely resistant steel (left door leaf / right door leaf). A special welding process guarantees a high security standard. All parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
LOCK
Attachment to the container is intuitive and assembly-free. The lock is protected against drilling attempts by a hardened steel core. The key can only be removed when the lock is closed (forced locking). It offers the possibility of approx. 1,800,000 different locks. The staple lock is supplied as a single lock as standard. However, simultaneous locking is also possible.
SECURITY
The CR 13 container security lock is recognised by VdS (M120307) and meets the special requirements of insurance companies.
