SUITABILITY
The CR 12 (AmLoxxTM) is a mobile bolt lock designed for standard shipping containers. It can be attached to container doors without the need for tools and is immediately ready for use. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for rented containers.
CONSTRUCTION
The security lock consists of a bracket that is mounted on the inside of the left container door, and no tools are required for this step. The welded security box is then slid over the outward-extending tab with a hole for the padlock. A matching padlock secures the box to the container, and the padlock's shackle is secured through the box.
LOCK & SECURITY
The container security lock CR 12 (AmLoxxTM) can be secured with any standard padlock. However, it is VdS certified only when used with the following padlocks:
- ASSA ABLOY PL 350/25
- ABUS GRANIT 37/55
