Lightweight Residential/Office Containers
Our lightweight residential and office containers provide a quick and cost-effective solution through the use of prefabricated components such as the floor assembly, roof, and wall panels. During final assembly, we can still accommodate individual customer preferences such as the placement of the entrance door, windows, electrical outlets, and light switches.
Due to their low weight, our lightweight containers are easy to transport and can be relocated from one site to another without the need for heavy trucks. These containers can serve as both temporary and permanent space solutions.

Container Structure
Floor
The floor consists of a water-resistant laminated particleboard with an 18mm thickness, securely fastened to the floor frame. The floor frame is painted in RAL 5010 gentian blue. To stabilize the floor assembly, it is equipped with crossbeams. The floor covering is made of PVC, fully adhered to the floor plate. The floor assembly includes standard mineral wool insulation.
Walls
The walls consist of 40mm-thick micro-ribbed panels. A core of PU foam forms sandwich panels with corrugated and galvanized sheets on both sides, with a tongue and groove joint. The walls are painted in RAL 9002 gray-white.
Roof
The roof and ceiling structure also consists of sandwich panels integrated into the roof frame as described above. The frame structure is painted in RAL 5010 gentian blue. The roof frame incorporates eaves for roof drainage. For better handling, the roof is standardly equipped with four crane attachment points.
Windows and Doors
Each container comes standard with one single-leaf personnel door, approximately 875 x 2,000 mm in size, with a handle set and cylinder lock, opening outward. The door's placement and swing direction are per customer specification.
The following window options are available:
- Single-leaf plastic window (WxH 939 x 1,434 mm) with tilt-and-turn mechanism and insulated glazing, hinged on the right or left.
- Single-leaf plastic window (WxH 1,239 x 1,434 mm) with tilt-and-turn mechanism and insulated glazing, hinged on the right or left.
- Double-leaf plastic window (WxH 1,839 x 1,434 mm) with tilt-and-turn mechanism and insulated glazing, hinged on the right or left.
Electrical Installation
The electrical installation includes a moisture-protected neon ceiling light, a light switch-outlet combination, a 2 kW wall-mounted electric convector with a separate outlet, an exterior socket, and a distribution box with circuit breakers and a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). The installation is surface-mounted, with cables run inside plastic conduits or cable channels. Electrical installation can be customized to your needs or omitted upon request.
